Graduated in physical chemistry (1988) at Faculty of  Sciences, Charles University in Prague. In general, I am interested in chemical kinetics and ligand receptor interactions in biological systems. My present research interests or participations are connected with trace-element  analysis of the biological samples by the PIXE method and ion implantations in the Ion Beam Laboratory at Faculty of Nuclear  Sciences and Physical Engineering, CTU in Prague. The second focus of my research is a theoretical analysis of mechanism of cooperative ligand binding at muscarinic receptors; interpretation and mathematical modelling.
